Brian D. Hardison graduated from UGA in 1981 majoring in Criminal Justice.  While working full time in the security industry, he attended Atlanta Law School and received his Juris Doctorate and Masters of Laws degrees. He has been providing civil and criminal legal services as a sole practitioner for over twenty years.  His wife, Cindy, joined the practice in 2002 as a paralegal.  She graduated from Berry College in 1989 with majors in Economics and Business Administration.  Her paralegal coursework was completed at Kennesaw College in 1994.

In addition to his private practice, Brian currently serves as the Municipal Court Judge for the cities of Dallas (since 2003) and Braswell Mountain (since 2004),  In 2004, he was appointed to the Supervisory / Selection panel for the Circuit Public Defender of Paulding County.  His appointment was renewed and he continues to serve in this position.

Outside of the legal world, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Cindy and their two daughters and grandchildren.  He is an avid history buff and loves reading, researching, speaking and writing about American History, with a special interest in  the American Revolutionary war hero; Aaron Burr. And last but not least GO DAWGS!
